TV Cabinets

Early TV sets were built into their own wooden cabinets and it was not until the 1960s that TVs really appeared in a form that would be recognised today. Some TVs had simple stands or legs that screwed into the base of the television itself, but this period also gave birth to the wooden TV unit or cabinet.
